Purusha
(Redirected from Parousia)
Purusha [Sanskrit, literally “man”; “soul” or “spirit”] The animating principle in man, the Spirit as passive as distinct from the Prakriti, or creative force.
Parousia [Greek, literally “presence,” “being near,” “coming”] Advent or return, Second Coming of Christ.
It is possible that the Sanskrit and Greek words converge in the Divine Word to exemplify the Second Coming of Christ as the raising up of the Divine Principle in the heart of every individual.
