Ulkoinen muisto menneistä kultaisista aikakausista on jo kauan sitten haalistunut ihmisrodun tietoisuudesta. Koska kuitenkin ihmisillä on halua yhteiskunnalliseen edistykseen ja hyvään hallintoon, viittaa tämä joidenkin sielujen sisäiseen muistiin. Nuo sielut tietävät, että on olemassa parempi tie, koska he ovat omakohtaisesti kokeneet sen. Muistiinmerkinnät kultaisen aikakauden sivilisaatioista on haudattu Atlantin ja Tyynenmeren alle vajonneiden mantereiden ja muiden mullistuksissa tuhoutuneiden sivilisaatioiden jäänteiden mukana.
