प्राण पवित्र आत्मा का सार है जिसे हम चक्रों के माध्यम से पवित्र अग्नि श्वास द्वारा चार निचले शरीरों को पोषण देने के लिए लेते हैं। पवित्र आत्मा अस्तित्व के श्वेत-अग्नि सत्व में ईश्वर-रुपी पिता-माता के संतुलन पर ध्यान केंद्रित करती है। आत्मा और ईश्वरीय स्वरुप के नाम पर पवित्र आत्मा अपनी पवित्र अग्नि से मलिन आत्माओं और अशुद्ध हस्तियों को मुक्त करने का काम करती है। ईश्वर सत्य की राह पर चलने वाले प्रत्येक मनुष्य की आत्मा को बुराइयों को समाप्त करने के लिए नौ उपहार देते हैं।

पवित्र आत्माएं सम्बल देने वाला वे व्यक्ति हैं जिनके बारे में ईसा मसीह ने हमें बताया था - उन्होंने कहा था कि वे हमें जीवन के बारे में शिक्षा देने के लिए, ज्ञान से आलोकित करने के लिए आएंगे।^[1] जब जब कोई मनुष्य आध्यात्मिक उत्थान प्राप्त कर के अपने ईश्वरीय स्वरुप में विलीन होता है, तब तब एक पवित्र आत्मा उसकी कमी को पूरा करने के लिए धरती पर उतरती है। यह पवित्र आत्मा के अवतरण का एक अनुष्ठान है जिसके बारे में ईसा मसीह ने अपने शिष्यों को बताया था - उन्होंने कहा था, "जब तक तुम ईश्वर से शक्ति नहीं प्राप्त कर लेते, तब तक यरूशलेम शहर में रहो।"^[2] यह वाक्या पेंटेकोस्ट में घटित हुआ था।^[3]
