Evangelist. One who goes before the angels bearing to the people of earth the good news of the gospel of [[Jesus Christ]] and, at the appointed time, the Everlasting Gospel.<ref>Rev. 14:6.</ref> The messengers of the [[Great White Brotherhood]] are anointed by the hierarchy as their apostles (“one sent on a mission”).
