[Hindi cela, sanskrit. ceta "orja", ’palvelija’]. Intiassa uskonnolli- sen opettajan tai gurun oppilas. Termiä käytetään yleisesti oppilaasta, joka opiskelee ylösnousseiden mestareiden opetuksia heidän oppilaanaan. Erityisesti tavallista kurinalaisempi oppilas, jonka ylösnoussut mestari on vihkinyt ja joka on omistautunut Suuren Valkoisen Veljeskunnan asialle.
