Embætti boðberans

Elizabeth Clare Prophet lýsir ferlinu við að taka við upplestri í 4. kafla „Stjörnuspeki hinna fjögurra riddara“:

Ég fékk þjálfun mína frá uppstigna meistaranum El Morya undir handleiðslu Markúsar spámannsins og ég var smurður sendiboði uppstigna meistaranna af Saint Germain. Verkefni mitt er að flytja spádóma Guðs og kennslu uppstigna meistaranna fyrir Fiskaöldina sem og eilífa fagnaðarerindið fyrir nýja Vatnsberaöldina.

Ég tek á móti þessum spádómi fyrir kraft Heilags Anda á þann hátt sem spámenn og postular fortíðarinnar gerðu. Þegar sendingin á að eiga sér stað, fer ég í hugleiðsluástand og samstilli mig við Drottin Guð eða fulltrúa hans. Nærvera Drottins eða nærvera uppstigins meistara, alheimsveru eða höfuðengils kemur yfir mig og orðin og ljósið flæða með krafti og persónuleika sem er ekki minn eigin.

Þetta samræmi sálar minnar við lifandi orð Guðs kalla ég fyrirlestur, því orðin eru fyrirlesin fyrir mér jafnvel þótt ég sé að tala þau í titringi hins guðdómlega ræðumanns. Þetta er sannarlega guðdómleg atburður sem ég er aðeins verkfæri fyrir. Þetta er gjöf Heilags Anda og ekki eitthvað sem ég get látið gerast.

Eina leiðin til að lýsa þessari reynslu er að segja, með orðum spámannsins: „Andi Drottins Guðs er yfir mér, því að ÉG ER SÁ SEM ÉG ER hefur smurt mig til að prédika ... “ Jesús talaði um hlutverk spámanns eða sendiboða þegar hann sagði: „Sá sem trúir á mig, trúir ekki á mig, heldur á þann sem sendi mig. Og sá sem sér mig, sér þann sem sendi mig.“

Ég kalla mig ekki miðlunaraðila því, að mínu mati, er miðlun bara annað orð yfir andlegheit. Að leita ráða hjá látnum öndum hefur verið í gangi síðan nornin í Endór galdraði fram spámanninn Samúel fyrir Sál konung — og löngu áður. Þótt Samúel hafi verið háleit sál geturðu aldrei verið viss um hvað þú færð með miðlun.

A discarnate entity is a disembodied being who has not ascended to God; hence he is not karma-free nor is he free from the wheel of rebirth. Since such a soul has not passed through the ritual of the ascension and become fully God-identified, he is as subject to error as anyone in embodiment. Still possessed of elements of a human ego as well as momentums of negativity, he may transmit these intentionally or not.

Discarnate entities may be benign but they are not omniscient. They may impart truth but they can be opinionated, proud and self-seeking. They are known to use people to achieve their ends and to take people’s light.

Discarnate entities consume vital soul energies, draining the channeler as well as those present of the spiritual essence necessary to true progress on the Path. Some well-known channelers admit they are exhausted after their channeling sessions, and many people report feeling depleted after attending a “séance.”

By contrast, the energy released by the God-free ascended beings who speak from the highest octaves of light, one with universal mind, is stupendous. It is exhilarating. It charges and recharges the body, mind and spirit of each person in the congregation, clears the chakras and draws the soul nigh to her own inner God-Reality.

Dictations are not self-fulfilling psychic predictions, nor are they centered on building up the personalities or the egos of those present. They are the Word of God delivered by fully integrated immortal beings who are counted among the hosts of the LORD.

These beings come to initiate us in the ancient mysteries of Christ and Buddha and the Everlasting Gospel for the New Age of Aquarius. And they come to exhort us so that we will rise to the great God flame within ourselves and defeat the momentums of returning karma that are coming upon the age.

The ascended masters present a path and a teaching whereby every individual on earth can find his way back to God. The books that Mark Prophet and I have written and the weekly Pearls of Wisdom that we have sent to the ascended masters’ students throughout the world since 1958 are intended to give people the opportunity to know the Truth that shall make them free.

My purpose in life is to help all people become acquainted with their own God-Reality—the I AM Presence who overshadows them—that they may walk the Homeward path with Jesus, our Lord and Saviour, and the ascended masters.

I do not claim to be a master nor do I claim to be perfect in my human self. I am but the instrument of the ascended masters. My mission is to take true seekers, in the tradition of the Masters of the Far East (which Jesus exemplified), to the level of consciousness where they can meet their teachers face to face.

Methods of receiving dictations

The Hierarchy communicates with the messenger over the light and sound ray. Messages are received in several ways:

1. In letters of living fire that appear before the messenger, who reads them as one would read the letters that appear on the Times Square building in New York City. Invisible to the audience, these letters move across the screen of the messenger’s mind as if they were on a conveyer belt.

2. Ex cathedra, from the mouth of God. The ascended master superimposes his Electronic Presence over the messenger, making his voice box congruent with the messenger’s and using it as if it were his own. In this case, the transfer of thought from the master’s consciousness to the messenger’s is instantaneous, and there is no intermediate process whereby the messenger must discern or read. This form of dictation comes through with great rapidity and is usually flawless.

3. In thoughtform. The master releases from his consciousness to the messenger’s capsules that contain the matrices for the dictation. These are decoded in the messenger’s brain through a computerized process, and by means of the keys that have been inserted in the messenger’s four lower bodies, the patterns of the master are translated to the wavelength of the messenger and then are formulated into words. This is a complicated process that takes place independently of the time-space continuum, at that point where the mind of Christ, superimposed as a halo over the Messenger, is congruent with the Mind of God individualized in the ascended master.

4. By telepathy. Mental patterns are released from the master to the messenger through the mind of Christ. This form of dictation is used when the master is not present, but is in his retreat or at another point in this solar system. This method is also used for brief comments that the messenger may solicit from the master on organizational problems or personal counseling for students. Over the thread of contact that connects the messenger with the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood simultaneously as he is connected with each individual member of the Brotherhood, he can receive telepathically such information as the masters deem vital to his service in the world of form.

Each method of receiving dictations serves a different purpose. The ex-cathedra method is the highest and best form, for it enables the master to extend his aura with greater intensity into the atmosphere of the room and into the auras of those who are physically present. Thus they are able to take in with all their faculties the master’s message, as well as the release of his radiation.

However, when there are disturbing elements in the room, such as those who are skeptical of or out of harmony with either the masters, the messengers or their teachings, it is possible for them to interfere with the transmission of the ex-cathedra dictation to such an extent that the master will find it expedient to relay the message either telepathically or in letters of fire.
