विश्व के स्वामी

किसी भी ग्रह पर विश्व के स्वामी वर्ग के कार्यालय में वहां के ईश्वरत्व का सर्वोच्च अधिकार निहित होता है। इस पद को ग्रहण करने वाला व्यक्ति सौर लोगोई द्वारा उन लोगों में से चुना जाता है जिन्होंने बौद्ध दीक्षाओं में प्रवीणता हासिल की है। चयनित व्यक्ति के बारे में कर्म के स्वामी की रज़ामंदी भी आवश्यक है।

विश्व के स्वामी ग्रह के साइलेंट वॉचर से संसार की दिव्य रूपरेखा प्राप्त करते हैं, और वे मानवजाति, देवदूतों एवं सृष्टिदेवो की ओर से त्रिगुणात्मक लौ की रक्षा करते हैं। इस प्रकार वे चैतन्य लौ को पदार्थ और आत्मा के स्तर पर मूर्त रूप में प्रकट होने में सहायता करते हैं। वे पांच गुप्त किरणों समेत ईश्वरीय चेतना के सभी स्तरों पर अपना ध्यान केंद्रित रखते हैं। आतंरिक (पांच गुप्त किरणें) और बाह्य (कारण शरीर की सात किरणें) दोनों स्तरों में प्रवीण होने के कारण वे ग्रह के चार निचले शरीरों में शान्ति का संतुलन बनाये रखते हैं।

विश्व के वर्तमान स्वामी गौतम बुद्ध

वर्तमान समय में गौतम बुद्ध विश्व के स्वामी का पदभार संभाल रहे हैं। Rev. ११:४ में इन्हें "पृथ्वी के भगवान" के रूप में संदर्भित किया गया है। गौतम बुद्ध से पहले सनत कुमार ने हज़ारों सालों तक इस पद पर कार्य किया था। सनत कुमार आध्यात्मिक पदक्रम में सर्वोच्च हैं जबकि गौतम बुद्ध सबसे अधिक विनम्र दिव्यगुरु हैं।

आंतरिक स्तर पर ये उन जीवों की त्रिदेव ज्योत को बनाए रखते हैं जिनका उनके ईश्वरीय स्वरुप के साथ संपर्क समाप्त हो गया है; जिनके नकारात्मक कर्म इतने अधिक हैं कि वे पृथ्वी पर अपनी आत्माओं के भौतिक स्वरुप को बनाए रखने के लिए ईश्वर से पर्याप्त प्रकाश ले पाने में भी असमर्थ हैं। गौतम बुद्ध प्रकाश की एक महीन, चमकीली, चांदी की धारा के माध्यम से अपने हृदय को भगवान के सभी बच्चों के हृदयों के साथ जोड़ते हैं। ऐसा करके वे इन सभी जीवों की त्रिदेव ज्योत का पोषण करते हैं - वह त्रिदेव ज्योत जिसे वास्तव में उनकी स्वयं की आत्मिक चेतना से पोषित हो प्रेम, ज्ञान और शक्ति के सागर के रूप में प्रज्वलित होना चाहिए।

विश्व के पूर्व स्वामी सनत कुमार

गौतम बुद्ध को विश्व के स्वामी का पद १ जनवरी १९५६ में मिला - यह पद उनको शुक्र ग्रह के स्वामी सनत कुमार से मिला था। सनत कुमार ने इस पद को एक लम्बे समय तक संभाला था, और उस समय संभाला था जब पृथ्वी अपनी सबसे ज़्यादा अंधकारमय घड़ी से गुज़र रही थी। समय से भी प्राचीन माने जानेवाले, सनत कुमार हज़ारों वर्ष पूर्व स्वेच्छा से पृथ्वी पर आये थे - यह वह समय था जब ब्रह्मांडीय परिषदने पृथ्वी का विलय करने की घोषणा की थी। उस समय मनुष्य ब्रह्मांडीय कानून से पूर्णतया: विमुख हो गया था, उनसे जानबूझ कर स्वयं के ईश्वरीय स्वरूप को नकार दिया था जिसके फलस्वरूप ब्रह्मांडीय परिषद् ने यह निर्णय किया था कि मानवजाति को अब कोई और मौका नहीं देना चाहिए। पृथ्वी को बचाने के लिए कानूनन एक ऐसे व्यक्ति की आवश्यकता थी जो अत्यंत निर्मल हो और भौतिक स्तर पर न सिर्फ रहे बल्कि सभी पृथ्वीवासियों की त्रिगुणांत्मक लौ को भी संतुलित रख सके। सनत कुमार ने स्वयं को इस कार्य के लिए प्रस्तुत किया था।

द ओपनिंग ऑफ़ द सेवेंथ सील में सनत कुमार बताते हैं कि कैसे वीनस के भक्तों ने स्वेच्छा से उनका साथ दिया और लौ को बनाए रखने में सहायता करने के लिए पृथ्वी पर आने का निश्चय किया:

अगर पृथ्वी के लिए कुछ करने में आनंद था तो मुझे अपने ग्रह शुक्र से अलग होने का दुःख भी था। मैंने एक अंधेरे ग्रह पर जाना स्वयं चुना था। और यद्यपि पृथ्वी का स्वतंत्र होना तय था, हम सब यह भी जानते थे कि यह समय मेरी आत्मा के लिए एक लंबी अंधेरी रात होगी। तभी अचानक घाटियों और पहाड़ों से मेरे बच्चों का एक बहुत बड़ा समूह निकल के सामने आया - मैंने देखा एक लाख चवालीस हजार जीवात्माएं हमारे प्रकाश के महल की ओर आ रही थीं। बारह टोलियों में बटें वे लोग स्वतंत्रता, प्रेम और विजय के गीत गाते हुए मेरे पास आ रहे थे। बालकनी में खड़े मैं और वीनस उन्हें देख रहे थे। तभी हमने एक तेरहवें गुट को देखा, जिसमें सभी ने श्वेत कपड़े पहने हुए थे। यह मेल्कीसेदेक वर्ग के शाही पुरोहित थे।

वे सभी लोग हमारे घर के आस पास इकट्ठे हो गए और पहले उन्होंने मेरी प्रशंसा और मेरे प्रति उनके असीम प्यार के गीत गाये। इसके बाद उनके प्रवक्ता ने बोलना शुरू किया। ये प्रवक्ता वही थे जिन्हे आज आप विश्व के स्वामी गौतम बुद्ध के नाम से जानते हैं। उन्होंने हमसे कहा, "हमने पृथ्वी पर जाने के आपके संकल्प के बारे में सुना है। हम जानते हैं कि आप पृथ्वीवासियों की त्रिदेव ज्योत को बनाये रखना चाहते हैं। आप हमारे गुरु हैं, हमारे भगवान् हैं तथा हमारा जीवन भी हैं। हम आपको अकेले नहीं जान देंगे, हम भी आपके साथ पृथ्वी पर चलेंगे।"

Thus, they came to Earth with Sanat Kumara and legions of angels, preceded by another retinue of lightbearers who prepared the way and established the retreat of Shamballa—the City of White—on an island in the Gobi Sea (now the Gobi Desert). There Sanat Kumara anchored the focus of the threefold flame, establishing the initial thread of contact with all on Earth by extending rays of light from his heart to their own. And there the volunteers from Venus embodied in dense veils of flesh to see Earth’s evolutions through unto the victory of their vow.

The first from among these unascended lightbearers to respond to the call of the Lord of the World from the physical octave was, understandably, Gautama and close with him was Maitreya. Both pursued the path of the Bodhisattva unto Buddhahood, Gautama finishing the course “first” and Maitreya “second.” Thus the two became Sanat Kumara’s foremost disciples, the one ultimately succeeding him in the office of Lord of the World, the other as Cosmic Christ and Planetary Buddha.

Transfer of the office

At the moment of the transfer of the mantle of Lord of the World on January 1, 1956, Gautama Buddha assumed the responsibility for sustaining the lifeline to Earth’s evolutions through his own heart flame, and Sanat Kumara, as Regent Lord of the World, returned to his home star, Venus, where he maintains an intense activity of involvement with the Great White Brotherhood’s service on planet Earth.

Gautama’s former office of Cosmic Christ and Planetary Buddha was simultaneously filled by Lord Maitreya. In the same ceremony, which took place at the Royal Teton Retreat, the office of World Teacher, formerly held by Maitreya, was passed to Lord Jesus and his dear friend and disciple Saint Francis (Kuthumi). Lord Lanto took the chohanship of the second ray July 1958, which had been held by Kuthumi, and beloved Nada assumed the office of chohan of the sixth ray, which had been held by Jesus during the Piscean age of which he was also the hierarch.

Saint Germain with Portia assumed the rulership of Aquarius on May 1, 1954. While Maitreya represents the Cosmic Christ and Planetary Buddha, Jesus holds the office of the personal Christ as the great exemplar of each one’s own Holy Christ Self.

Representatives in the world

Lord Gautama presides as Hierarch of Shamballa, now on the etheric plane, to which the physical retreat has been withdrawn. Throughout the ages, the messengers of the Brotherhood, known and unknown, have held the balance in the physical octave for the flame and the Buddha of Shamballa. Thus Jesus, as the anointed messenger of Lord Maitreya, the Cosmic Christ, was the open door through his Sacred Heart for the light of the Father represented in the persons of Maitreya, Gautama, and Sanat Kumara to be anchored in the hearts of the multitudes of Earth’s people.

The Lord Jesus Christ defined his office in the physical octave according to cosmic law when he said: “As long as I AM in the world, the I AM that I AM, the Word which I incarnate, is the Light of the world.” It was this anchoring of the Light of the I AM Presence in his heart chakra that enabled Jesus to take upon himself planetary karma, “the sins of the world,” in order that souls of Light might follow him on the path of Christhood until they, too, should bear in their body temples the Light of the Son of God.
