Monument to Johann Strauss II, Stadtpark, Vienna

The city of Vienna is the focus of the World Mother. It is known to the Viennese as Wien (pronounced veen), which is the first part of the name Venus. This city is the place where the ray of Venus is anchored in the Earth.

Focus of the planet Venus

Venus is the planet in our solar system to which was assigned the flame of divine love, the culture of the Mother. When lifestreams from the planet Venus embodied as volunteers with Sanat Kumara to ensoul the flame of divine love and culture on Earth, there was an anchor point made in Vienna.

There are also laggard souls from Venus who embodied in Northern Europe and who were part of the Germanic tribes. So there are two strains in Europe, the Venusians of great light and also a certain strain of stubborn souls who determined to preserve a status quo of materialism.

Some people feel that Vienna is the most beautiful city in the world. That feeling of beauty comes because it is the direct chalice for the light and power that comes from Venus. The ray of Venus is anchored in the statue of Johann Strauss Jr. in that city.

The culture of the Mother

Sanat Kumara and the seven holy Kumaras, Lady Master Venus, Mighty Victory, beloved Meta and the many legions of light who serve on Venus have their focus in Vienna, and that is where the culture of Venus was released to the West and where many souls of light descended into embodiment to bring that culture.

The original flame of Lady Venus is anchored in the city, and from that flame comes all the beautiful Viennese music, the violet-flame music of Johann Strauss, Franz Lehar and so many of the composers of the nineteenth century, and also the art of that period. The home of the waltz is in Vienna, which is the place of the descent of the Venusians and their culture. They brought this sound of the Mother, as the waltz is considered to be the mother of all dance. The three-quarter time of the waltz is the time of the heartbeat of God.

It was Saint Germain who inspired upon Johann Strauss and Johann Strauss Jr. the waltzes they composed, which are all actions of the violet flame so that the people living in those times, by the waltz music, actually drew the violet flame into their midst. This release of the violet flame was also an attempt by Saint Germain to curb the negative tendencies of the rebellious Venusians who embodied in the early Germanic tribes.

The Austro-Hungarian Empire

The Austria-Hungarian empire, which had its capital in Vienna, was the focus of the seven rays and the five secret rays. In Vienna, through the ray of the Lady Master Venus and Sanat Kumara, there is the anchoring of the flame of Venus and the seven rays. The five secret rays are anchored in the Rakoczy Mansion in Transylvania, which at that time was in Hungary. Today, because of the changing of the borders, it is in Romania.

Lady Master Venus on Vienna

On September 3, 1973, Lady Master Venus delivered a dictation in Atlanta in which she spoke of the city of Vienna:

As the legions of Venus descended into that ancient focus in Vienna—Vienna the city of the dreams of the Cosmic Mother—so I also create an opening, an arc of light into Atlanta for the descent of Venusian culture and Venusian souls who desire to incarnate in response to the devotion of the students throughout the planetary body.[1]
