Un manto es un símbolo de autoridad, preeminencia o responsabilidad. Por ejemplo, se podría decir que un gran pintor pasa su manto a su protegido. En el sentido espiritual de la palabra, un manto es un oficio espiritual. Y con su otorgamiento, se pasa del Gurú al discípulo una gran esfera de luz.
Durante miles de años, los grandes maestros espirituales de la humanidad han transmitido su manto y sus enseñanzas a discípulos meritorios. Alrededor de cada maestro subsecuente se reunían estudiantes dedicados a estudiar esa enseñanza y convertirse en el ejemplo vivo de esa enseñanza. Con la transferencia del manto del Maestro al discípulo viene la transferencia de responsabilidad. El discípulo se compromete a llevar a cabo la misión de su Maestro.
El manto de la conciencia del Gurú es un impulso acumulado. En la túnica de Cristo está simbolizado, el tema de tanto misterio, que los soldados no cortarían porque era la prenda sin costuras. La túnica de Cristo, el manto de su logro, es algo que puede caer sobre ti, así como el manto de Elías cayó sobre Eliseo,[1] así como la sucesión de los Budas en el Lejano Oriente continúa intacta. El paso del manto es el paso del impulso acumulado de logro.
The mantle of President of the United States

In 1986, the Goddess of Liberty spoke about the mantle of the office of President of the United States:
Understand, beloved, that few officeholders are perfect but the mantle of the office that comes from the Great White Brotherhood is indeed perfect. Therefore, respect the mantle of the office of the President of the United States, which since the anointing of George Washington has been a mantle in the hierarchy of the Brotherhood.
There have been officeholders who have scarcely understood the mantle. Some have betrayed it, some have gone against the Light[2] of the I AM Presence. But because the mantle itself was present, as some have remarked, the nation has survived its presidents!
Understand, then, that although there is a willing heart in your President, there are circumstances and individuals and even his own karma that may prevent the best use of that mantle and the wielding of it in a stronger defense of freedom. I say pray for the officeholder to come into alignment with the mantle itself. And offer the prayer upon all elected representatives and those not elected that the mantle of Christ descend.
Whether they will use that mantle to divide the waters and proclaim the Truth of the Lord’s prophecy or whether it will become a judgment upon their own treasonous acts against this nation, so be it. The mantle itself will perform its work when invoked by you. Since it is a qualification of the representatives of the people of this nation to be the bearers of the Light and the mantle of the Christ, therefore you may invoke it. And therefore you may use the Judgment Call to demand the judgment of those individuals who have betrayed the office of Mediator, which office is essential in the interpretation and execution of the Constitution.[3]
