Therefore, most of the students living in the present Aquarian age are being given their initiations in the outer world. Karmic events are, so to speak, altered whereby friends, relatives, associates and even the man in the street become the instruments through which their tests come. This makes it necessary for mankind, and especially the would-be disciple, to be extremely vigilant, for one never knows just when a vital and conclusive test may be in the offing.
