Therefore, in addition to the judgments being brought by Archangel Uriel of the fallen angels whose time is up in this year,^[1] there is also the dispensation whereby certain laggard evolutions can and must be removed from the earth, for their weight is critical. It is critical, beloved, because it can tip the scales toward darkness if these particular lifestreams are not removed. A place is prepared for them and therefore they may continue at their pace. And one day, in the millennia to come, they will also face the opportunity to live, to embrace God, and to escape at the final judgment the second death at the Court of the Sacred Fire.

↑ In a dictation on April 13, 1995, Archangel Uriel announced the judgment of those whose time was up. He said: “As in all past ages, the people of earth have had unending opportunity to confess their sins and right their wrongdoings and to enter into a communion with the Lord Christ, the living Saviour. Thus, we say the ax does fall. This is the hour, then, when some are taken and others are left, when some are bankrupt and others may yet have time to fulfill their vows made early on before God, yet long forgotten. Thus, my coming is by the call of the Lord Christ. I have come ... that he might know the deliverance of his people and of the tribes of the earth who mourn. Thus, you shall see the judgment outplayed day by day, for not a day shall pass unto the end of this year when there shall not be those who are judged. And so, this will be a clearing of the atmosphere of earth. It will be an unburdening of the four lower bodies of the planet and yourselves, which have borne the weight of sin [i.e., karma] of fallen angels and godless ones.... I, Uriel, have declared the hour of the judgment for those whose time is up! Therefore, we come to purge the earth.
